Ryan grew up on his family’s farm in New Brunswick. He showed an aptitude for numbers at an early age and by 10 years old had already begun his own investment portfolio. He obtained a degree in engineering in 2006 from Dalhousie University where he learned that the plan must fit reality and not just look good on paper.

Ryan founded and built Bridgeline with the focus of getting every client a customized financial plan that fits their life. With his unique 3M approach to investing, Ryan and his team have developed successful investment and wealth creation strategies designed to create wins regardless of where we are in the market cycle.

Anuar and Nicole Konoev

Milk River Office Leads

Nicole Konoev grew up in Milk River on her family’s farm where she learned hard work and fell in love with agriculture. Her education took her to Central Alberta where she met and began working with Ryan in 2018.

Anuar joined the team shortly after Nicole and immediately focused his business on working with agriculture clients, business owners and professionals.

Anuar and Nicole had a desire to take the knowledge they had gained to establish something long-term to help the people in Nicole’s hometown and Southern Alberta. They are a dynamic team with Nicole’s passion for agriculture and Anuar’s high caliber financial knowledge.

Anuar Konoev, RRC®

Anuar is a fourth-generation investor with a particular gift for numbers and finance. He holds the Registered Retirement Consultant® designation through The Canadian Institute of Financial Planning. His formal education was done through Red Deer Polytechnic at the Donald School of Business. After he joined the Bridgeline team he found success for his clients by helping them get momentum. Anuar divides his time between the Red Deer office and managing the Milk River office. He is also a registered dealing representative with Raintree Financial Solutions and offers exempt market securities.

Stephen Van Santen

Stephen (Steff-en) is a second-generation Dutch immigrant from Holland. He began investing at 19 which enabled him to buy his first house at 24. Stephen and Ryan first connected to put on finance courses in the community teaching financial education. Stephen has been an advisor with Bridgeline Wealth since 2020 with a focus on working with families, private corporations, and family farms. He and his wife, Madison, and their three children have enjoyed calling Red Deer, AB home since 2008.

Nicole grew up working on her family’s farm in Milk River, Alberta and received her formal training at Olds College and the University of Lethbridge. She joined the Bridgeline team in 2018 to gain business experience while attending college. Nicole divides her time between the Red Deer office and the Milk River office.

Kathy Gaunce

Kathy comes from a family of entrepreneurs who have the rare ability to see opportunity before it happens. Kathy, like Ryan, grew up on a family farm in New Brunswick and also completed her science degree at Dalhousie University. She has been a business owner since the age of 10 and excels with customer service, project optimization, and completion.
